Our standard retention criteria are structured as follows:
  • Account & Profile Information: We retain your account data and course progress for as long as your Kajabi student account is active, or until you explicitly request its deletion.
  • Financial & Transactional Records: Because we are registered for GST in Australia, we are legally required under the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) to retain transaction records, tax invoices, and payment logs for a minimum of 5 years from the date of the transaction. Similar tax obligations apply to our international sales.
  • Marketing Data: If you opt-in to receive our marketing emails or newsletters, we will retain your email address and communication preferences until you unsubscribe or withdraw your consent using the "Unsubscribe" link provided in our emails.
  • Anonymized Logs: Technical logs, website analytics, and anonymized usage data (which cannot identify you) may be kept indefinitely for technical support and optimization purposes.

How to Submit a Request

Verification Process

We will ask you to confirm details linked to your account, such as the email address used to purchase or access your digital products on Kajabi. If we cannot verify your identity, we cannot fulfill the deletion request.
 
Processing Timeframes:
 
  • EU, UK, and Global Users: We will respond to and fulfill your verified request within 30 days of receipt.
  • California and US Residents: We will confirm receipt of your request within 10 business days and fully process your request within 45 days.
 
Important Legal Exceptions
Please note that your right to deletion is not absolute. Under global data protection and taxation laws, we are legally permitted or required to retain certain pieces of information. We will deny your deletion request, either entirely or in part, if retaining the information is necessary for us to:
